Consignments are used when you need us to pick up or deliver stock.

These can be used in the following typical scenarios;

• “Delivery”: Delivering stock from our warehouse to your customer. (Note; a consignment will automatically generate when you add a “Sales Order” so you will not need to manually create a consignment in this scenario, but all other situations below will need one to be manually created)
• “Pickup” Picking up stock from your warehouse or supplier to bring back to our warehouse. Also includes empty keg collections.
• “Point to Point”: Transporting stock from one address to another, where neither address is our warehouse.
• “Pickup + Delivery”: Cross dock situation where 2 consignments created, one for collection back to PSR, then delivery from PSR to customer.
