Users And Notifications

Adding Users:

If you need to add another user to your account, please click “More”, “Users”, “Actions”, “Invite New User”

Fill out the name and email and then click “Continue”

Reset password:

If you forgot your password please click the “Forgot my password” link on the login screen to reset your password.

 

Email notifications:

Please let us know if you would like to add or remove email address and the types of notifications they should receive.

Types of Notifications Available;

  • Sales Order: Notification of a Sales Order being Accepted, Accepted with Warnings, Rejected, Packed.
  • Purchase Order: Notification of a Purchase Order being Accepted, Received, Verified, Allocated.
  • Proof of Delivery: Copy of the signed POD
  • Stock Notification: Low stock or expiry threshold notification.
  • Invoice: Copy of weekly invoice.
