Our Heritage

Our story began back in 1997 with two trucks and two people: Peter Sadler Senior and Junior. The duo founded the business with one clear goal: bring together the right people to get the job done right - no matter how challenging.

With a dedication to providing quality service and training exceptional staff, the business saw steady growth over the decades. After working with some of Australia’s biggest brands, from Harvey Norman to Schweppes, Peter Sadler Logistics has grown to encompass a fleet of more than 100 vehicles and over 250 experienced staff.

But despite our ever-expanding network and capabilities, we’re still not afraid to roll up our sleeves and get a little dirty to solve the challenges our clients face.

At Peter Sadler, we see ourselves as one (very) big family. We do whatever it takes to get the job done – and that requires us to work as a close-knit team and constantly look out for each other.

We do the jobs others can’t, or won’t, and this is only possible with the best people. We go to great lengths to ensure we attract and retain the right people for the job, from running company-wide retreats and sailing days to weekly BBQs and paintball. We know that professional development is key, which is why we offer strong development pathways and help our team to continually grow and improve.

Put simply, our people come first. Because without them, we cannot achieve our clients’ objectives.

We keep our adventurous side in shape through team building activities like paintball, sailing days, cooking classes, sporting clubs and more – helping us to attract and retain the right people for our business.
